The technique was designed for people who lead very busy lives - it is an easy effortless way to release stress.   Sitting comfortably with eyes closed for twenty minutes twice a day - It's a simple, natural process.

You don’t need to stop thinking thoughts.  People say “I can’t meditate because I can’t stop thinking.”  The good news is that with this meditation if you can think a thought you can learn to meditate.   The technique is completely mobile and always with you so you can do it anywhere – on the bus, train sitting in a park or on a plane.

During meditation the mind becomes settled and more orderly allowing the body and the nervous system to be in a deep restful state.

The mind travels from the grossest level of activity becoming more and more de-excited, we experience a stillness inside and yet fully awake.  As the mind comes to it’s most restful state something very interesting happens we touch pure consciousness, beyond thinking state or Being where the source of all intelligence, creativity and energy comes.

Coming out of this restful and relaxed state feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.  With everything in life the more you put in the more you get out.  It is the same experience with meditation- meditating twice per day once in the morning to start the day refreshed and ready for action and in the evening after a day of activity where we give the body time to rest and release the stress and tension accumulated over the day.
