SUNRISE, MEDITATION & BREAKFAST

Meeting time is 5.35am at South Cronulla Beach, outside the Surf Club under the Clock Tower. 
We will Meditate in the car if raining then meet up at Zim Zala for breakfast. Open’s at 6.30am.
Rug up and please if you have a cold or sore throat - keep warm and stay at home, thanks.
