This year I am offering a new half day program for all Vedic Meditators, whether you're new or old it does not matter you are very welcome to join this group.
 
There will be an opportunity to learn the Advanced Technique called Rounding - Yoga Asanas, Pranayama (nostril breathing), Meditation and Shivasana (lie down).  Seasoned Rounders please join us.  
 
Following the Rounding session refreshments and cuppa then a Q & A time and Advanced Knowledge from Liz.

What is Rounding?
Rounding is a unique program designed for all Vedic Meditators to enhance their Meditation practice.  Rounding is an Advanced Technique that takes us into a Meditative state releasing deep accumulated stress, tension and fatigue.  Rounding takes us on a journey within - moving closer to the Absolute, Pure Consciousness state.  Rounding is very good for everyone because it normalises the Nervous system back to Homeostasis. It is recommended to add Rounding onto your twice daily practice once or twice per day or whenever the time allows.  Takes approx. 45 minutes to 1 hour. We do not Round more than twice per day without a Vedic Teacher present.
