SUNRISE MEDITATION & BREAKFAST

Meeting at South Cronulla Beach area outside the Surf Pavilion at 6.10am.  

Sunrise is 6.25am.

Join us after Meditation for Chai and Breakfast at Heart and Soul Cafe Cronulla. If you miss meditation come to meet other Meditators and like minded people for a chai and chat. Everyone is welcome.

If it rains, we meditate in our cars and then meet up for breakfast after. 
 
This month Cathy Rolfe’s Sunrise is 17th February at 6.30am and afterward at Heart and Soul Café.   Everyone is welcome. Meeting at South Cronulla under the Pavilion Clock.  Please let me know if you will join Cathy and I will let her know the numbers.
