Sunrise, Meditation & Breakfast

 Meeting at South Cronulla Beach area outside the Surf Pavilion at 6.00am.  

Sunrise is 6.16am.

Meeting at Heart & Soul for Chai & Breakfast   

If it rains, we meditate in the car and then meet up at Heart & Soul.
