GURU PURNIMA

Friday 27th July 2018

Arrival Time:  7.20pm for 7.30pm start

Venue *Note change*: Beyond Thinking Engadine Centre - Suite 3, 3 Station St.  Above the Engadine Family Medical Practice.

Vedic Meditators celebrate together on the first full moon in the month in accordance with the Vedic calendar, known as Guru Purnima, this celebration is the highlight of the Vedic lunar year, and when we honor the tradition of all Vedic Masters.

It is a tradition on this day that a boon (or wish) be granted to all as part of the celebration.  Your boon should be something good for you, and for the greater good of the world.  When thinking of your wish it is best to think big - envision something that will benefit you and others through you.  At the end of our Puja ceremony, you will offer your wish in a symbolic surrender to Nature's organizing power, and then let it go.

Please join us in celebration of Guru Purnima at Beyond Thinking Meditation Centre Engadine.  Our program will include a Group Meditation and Puja Ceremony, followed by traditional Indian treats and a moonlit walk.
Along with your boon, please bring a flower to offer.
All Vedic Meditators are welcome.   Space is limited so please RSVP by 23rd July to liz@beyondthinkingmeditation.com or 0425 392 630.
