SUNRISE, MEDITATION & BREAKFAST at Heart & Soul 7.30am Sunday 8th November Sunrise is 5.47am Meeting time is 5.30am at South Cronulla Beach, outside the Surf Club under the Clock Tower.
If you miss meeting us at the Surf Club then come up the stairs to the grassed area on the Esplanade near the seats, this is where we meditate and watch Sunrise. Bring something to sit on.
After Meditation we will be sitting outside Zim Zala’s for a catchup. Then meet at Heart & Soul 7.30am for Breakfast. If it’s raining, we will Meditate in the car then meet up for breakfast -see you there.
