Sunrise is 6.16am.
Meeting time is 6.00am at South Cronulla Beach, outside the Surf Club under the Clock Tower.
If you miss meeting us then come up the stairs to the grassed area on the Esplanade near the seats.
Bring something to sit on.

After Meditation we sit at Zim Zala’s for a short catchup then meet at Heart & Soul at 7.30am for Breakfast.

If it’s raining, we will Meditate in the car then meet for breakfast -see you there.
