SUNRISE, MEDITATION & BREAKFAST

Sunrise is 6.07

Meeting time is 5.50am at South Cronulla Beach, outside the Surf Club under the Clock Tower. 
If you miss meeting us, come up the stairs to the grassed area on the Esplanade near the seats. 
After Meditation some of us have a cuppa at Zim Zala or you can walk along the beach or sit and chat, then

meet up at Heart & Soul for Breakfast - opens at 7.30am. Please let me know if coming to breakfast??

If it’s raining, we will Meditate in the car then meet for breakfast.
