Meeting time is 6.20am at South Cronulla Beach, outside the Surf Club under the Clock Tower.
If you miss meeting us, come up the stairs to the grassed area on the Esplanade near the seats.

After Meditation some of us have a cuppa at Zim Zala or walk along the beach or sit and chat, then we meet up at Heart & Soul for Breakfast - opens at 7.30am.

If it’s raining, we will Meditate in the car then meet for breakfast. For booking purposes let me know if coming please.
